Italian Dressing One Pan Chicken
Ingredients
1 chicken breast or deboned leg meat
Italian dressing (oil based)
Celery salt (or other season-all salt)
Oregano
Basil
Rosemary
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1~2 tablespoons olive oil

Directions
1. In a small tupperware or dish, rub celery salt, oregano and basil into the chicken to help the seasons blend into the meat. Pour in a small amount of the italian dressing and coat both sides of the meat. Cover and let sit for up to 20 minutes.
2. In a cold pan, put the olive oil and garlic in. Allow the garlic to sit in the oil for a minute or two so the garlic taste begins to infuse with the oil. On low heat, heat the oil and the garlic. Turn the garlic over when it browns on one side and add rosemary as you like.
3. Increase heat to medium and put the chicken into the pan, skin-side down and drizzle the leftover dressing from the tupperware or dish on top. The dressing oil will pop with the olive oil so have a lid ready to cover.
4. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook for 3~5 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken over and heat until done.
5. Transfer to a plate and drizzle any remaining sauce on top. Serve with salad and bread or rice to complete the meal.

Notes: Be careful not to overcook the meat! Spices can be changed and added as you like - basil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, oregano, etc. Anything you think will go well with chicken. :) Enjoy!
